Liked: The location was great, it was so close to the beach and the town centre. We loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The restaurant catered for us at the last minute, food was delicious. Also the games room was brilliant. Great stay!

Liked: Good location near the beach and town centre. Great bar - decor was lovely. Nice outside space also. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Website promised 2 double bed options int he suite we booked but this was not true and no compensation offered - was told to cancel! Not great customer service. Beds not that comfortable either - big dip in the middle. For the price, there should be water in the room.

Liked: Exceptional staff ....couldn't do enough for you. Especially Sita, Kasha and James. Loved our stay.
Disliked: Lift needed work. Surprised only one for so many rooms. Lack of disabled toilet.
