Fabulous stay with toddler

Liked: Staff friendly, room was great, very clean and we loved the pool for our daughter to splash around in. The gardens were kept lovely and super close to beach etc. Breakfast was great. Evening entertainment was a plus if you want a drink etc.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff is very helpful and really friendly. Perfect location 7 min walking to the centre and 4 mins to the beach. Beds are very comfortable too and the pool is lovely!! Breakfast is nice. We will be back for sure!
Disliked: The AC should be cleaned all the time, the shower has no good pressure and it was leaking

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are nice, some nicer than others, there are some larger rooms with lots of storage and the hotel rooms are very clean.The pool area is great and there is a games room, which is a nice bonus.The maids are very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The staff (apart from the barman) were not the friendliest. They are not rude but most of the time do not acknowledge you at all. We paid for 2 rooms for 1 week and spent over £2000 with the hotel and was charged a £5 fee to have a refrigerator in the room, I feel like small things like this make a big difference.Towards the end of our holiday, the pool area was not as clean (not sure if the pool was cleaned once a week), but the pool had a lot of hair and dirt in it.

Liked: Excellent location / staff from reception to dining staff were great .
Disliked: We left the Housekeeping sign on the door for the room to be done but when we returned we were met with the images below . I had to go down to reception to ask for toilet roll as nothing g was cleaned or replaced . I heard other diners that evening in the hotel asking each other if their rooms were cleaned . Only let down of otherwise a great stay debatable if we would return because of this

Disliked: Its not a dislike because it was not an issue for us but hotel is on quite a steep hill Hotel next door was really noisy but staff contacted them on our behalf and we knew each night that it would stop at 10.30Common areas were a little tired

Great location, brilliant staff and...

Liked: We loved this hotel, we booked the small double and it was small but perfect for our requirements. There was a good size car park which was our main priority. However, the best thing about this hotel is the fact that the breakfast is waiter service. A rarity these days! No queuing other than for continental style breakfast then porridge, tea, full English breakfast etc all ordered and delivered to your table. Fabulous staff who gave us the same table for the duration we stayed. We would definitely return.
Disliked: The pool was full of kids, which is only to be expected during school holidays but it may be nice to have some time for adults only perhaps first thing in the morning.
