Only staying at the Clermont when I visit Atlanta!

Liked: Atmosphere; food; rooms; customer service.
Disliked: Nothing.

My go-to in Atlanta!

Liked: This is one of my favorite hotels in Atlanta, and if the price point is favorable, I always try to stay here. The property is whimsical and hip; the location is amazing (though no one walks in Atlanta, you can get lots of places on foot via the Clermont!); and the staff is always so kind and helpful. They seem to genuinely like their jobs.
Disliked: I had hoped to do a day of work from the Clermont’s lobby bar and study, the space was closed for renovation. Not a big deal, but I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available when I booked.

Liked: Great location. Great dinner at the bar after a late checkin. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Restoration works to restaurant meant breakfast onsite wasn’t an option - not shared on booking.In room experience was poor (family bunk room):- missing pictures on walls (stolen by previous guests by the looks of things)- tv remote was dead / batteries run out- bathroom in room - shower door didn’t shut so light flooding- view from family rooms is non-existent - you look out on the side of a bank of rubble / planting. Very dark rooms as a result.

Liked: The staff here is great and the hotel is a cool place to be with a great location.
Disliked: At 6h30 in the morning a giant truck showed that appeared to be a sewage truck and started pumping with the loudest noise ever. I understand these things happen, but at 6h30 in the morning?

Liked: We loved our bunk room for three people. It was super cute and different from any other hotel room we have stayed at and we are frequent travelers.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable space, amazing...

Liked: The staff were amazing, so sweet, kind, and made us feel like we mattered to them! The ladies at the front desk were so informative and answered all my questions about local places to eat. The men running the vale parking and watching the door were also super kind and helpful. Top of the line service that made us feel welcomed and taken care of!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that the cafe was a little lacking in food options. We had been hoping for more heavy breakfast food options and had to resort to other locations to eat.
