Very good
Liked: The hotel is going through a complete makeover inside and out and I knew this when I booked my room. I stayed on third floor which is completely done and very beautiful. I do believe I was the first guest in the room ever. The location was great, only mile away from my granddaughters apartment.

Good
Liked: Rooms have been remodled so they were nice, but still doing all of the lobby and other places and ouside, The only thing was not enough towels for king room and then they came in a took our 2 towels and never returned any asked for more and got two towekls no shower mat so slippery and no hand towels or what not. but otherwise good stay. Since the pandemic hotels don't clean but they should update ypur supplies.
Disliked: get the remodel done!!!!

Disappointing
Liked: Under construction, too many work trucks, debris and missing walls. Unsafe for families with small children. No breakfast....just apples in a bowl and a small assortment of snack items. I was put off by 3 staff hovering over while picking a snake to go. At check in I had to sign a paper re how many towels and wash items with a security deposit...I felt as though I was indirectly accused of possibly theft...it was like I was in a different country.
