Liked: Very clean rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location.

Liked: The location was amazing Front desk was very helpful amd we loved the coffee tea offered downstairs at reception ( would be nice if this opened at 7) Room was very clean
Disliked: The Rooms window was frosted and only opened at the top so the room a bit stuffy and airless

Disliked: Some rooms are a little small but generally comfortable.

Beautiful hotel but too small...

Liked: The front and entrance are really beautiful. We liked the reception staff. They are very friendly
Disliked: We spent two nights and did not get fresh towels… The room is extremely small, especially if you bring luggage. The cleaning staff was very annoying. On check out day, they knocked at the door at 8 am which is a NoGO! After that she cleaned the metal stairs outside and made loud noise! We complained but she did not care…

Lovely and charming boutique hotel...

Liked: The heritage building and location is what prompted us to opt for this accommodation. The lobby decor, bathroom and room amenities were pleasant.
Disliked: We arrived late at night and the nearest car park is a fair walk. We luckily got street parking however its only till 8am and no parking meter around to extend the time limit.
