Liked: The property is close to the bus and train stations. It's about 15 minutes to the subway, which takes you to the city center. The rooms look just like they do in the pictures on Booking.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited – just a croissant, yogurt, juice, and tea or coffee. It would be nice to have more variety.

Disliked: My flight was delayed. At 20:58 on the arrival day, I received an email that my card was invalid. I was given two hours to update the card details. However, at 20:55, I was already at the hotel. The receptionist informed me that my room wasn't available and suggested another room. As a result, I had to pay more than the initial offer. My question is, how come you informed me that my room wasn't available well before I received the notification re card details. I still had a few hours for the update. As I was with the child, we had nowhere to go in an unknown city. I don't think that the intention of the management was transparent.
