Good

Liked: Very good range of checkin times, and was quiet.
Disliked: Not wonderfully well-signposted - initially I thought I had come to the wrong building, as the hotel was on the second floor. There was a marking on the doorbell but it wasn't that obvious.

Liked: Location is good, just 2 hops of trams from Hauptbahnhof, walkable distance to every major tourist place (victory column, Branderburg tor, TV building, museums, Futurio, river, ...) I just disembarked from tram, crossed the street and that was it, ideal.
Disliked: It was "okay", it is just the building looks very old, the stairs are old, everything was old. But clean, everything worked, it was just one central "plug" in the room and so on. For 2 nights for that price, it was kinda too much, I would expect a bit lower price or a better environment and a condition of this building.

Pleasant stay!

Liked: Overall it was a good stay for me but toilet was not attached in my room rather it was on a shared basis (cleaned for sure). Only bad/shower cabin and washbasin were provided. Apart from this, very convenient location next to the major touristic attractions & central (Berlin Hauptbahnhof) station is just a 10-min walk.
Disliked: Toilet was not attached in my single room and breakfast was not included!

A very convenient stay.

Liked: The location is convenient given how close it is to the station. There's a Penny in front of it and few bars/cafes nearby (the one right downstairs is horrible). The room is nothing special, but very good for the price.
Disliked: The pillows are a pain. New ones have to be bought as soon as possible. They are one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. They don't offer a service to hold your luggage which is a shame, especially given the proximity to the central station.
