Clean; warm; friendly; quirky; ideally situated near to the venue and the town and not too far to walk to the sea front.

Liked: Near the venue (Bournemouth International Centre)!

This hotel is open to the public and they are able to book for parties etc. On the night I stayed there was an 18th birthday party, a 21st birthday party and a hen night - rather noisy at times!

Liked: As it is under refurbishment the ground floor was looking very nice and clean.
Disliked: Had to run the cold water tap in the sink for a minute as it ran hot to start with, but it actually took 4-5 minutes to run cold. Breakfast was from 8am - 10am, but arrived at breakfast at 8.15am to find the full english was only slightly warm and not hot. Some carpets are rather worn.

Housekeepers need the sack

Liked: Cosy beds
Disliked: The housekeepers were so rude and just walk in the rooms as and when they feel like it in the AM. Had to complain to the managers as the housekeepers walked in 4 times between 8am/11am (check out time is 11am). They would knock and shout house keeping but as I didn’t answer as my daughter (3m) was sleeping, she just walked in..appalling.

Disliked: I have just returned today from a very disappointing stay at your hotel. I booked this hotel as a small getaway for myself and my partner for an anniversary treat and I am very dissatisfied! After upgrading the room to mark the occasion I feel like Ihave wasted a lot of hard earned money, it was very expensive for what I received. We were assigned room gf2, the walls were very thin you could hear every single noise from the outside, the room next door and being right next to the front door, the hallway. On the first night we were awoken around 4am by 3 very rowdy men banging the front door, numerous times, off the wall which adjoined our door. They continued shouting, screaming, singing and even vomiting a number of times until 6am. I spoke to the staff in the morning and the man seemed to already know. about it,apologised and said it wouldn't happen again. After spending the day out we came back to the room realising wehad no toilet roll. My partner went and asked at the main desk for some more, she was greeted by a lady with a mouthful of food, who continued to eat throughout the conversation, she told my partner there was no more and that they were awaiting a delivery and there was none on site. Being a bank holiday who knew how long the delivery would take. Therefore I went across and asked for myself, the lady told me the same, so I responded and asked if I have to go buy it myself. The lady then replied and told me if it's really that urgent I can have some from the public toilet. She went and retrieved me some and as she got back a gentleman appeared from an office area and handed me another toilet roll.
