Clean; warm; friendly; quirky; ideally situated near to the venue and the town and not too far to walk to the sea front.

Liked: Near the venue (Bournemouth International Centre)!

This hotel is open to the public and they are able to book for parties etc. On the night I stayed there was an 18th birthday party, a 21st birthday party and a hen night - rather noisy at times!

Liked: As it is under refurbishment the ground floor was looking very nice and clean.
Disliked: Had to run the cold water tap in the sink for a minute as it ran hot to start with, but it actually took 4-5 minutes to run cold. Breakfast was from 8am - 10am, but arrived at breakfast at 8.15am to find the full english was only slightly warm and not hot. Some carpets are rather worn.

Disliked: I made a complaint about them taking booking and me paying it and then they put in small print need a £200 deposit on check in - this is not made clear at all ok booking and I made a complaint to you as well at booking.com and you did nothing either to help

Quiet and affordable with breakfast.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: The room smells like (a persons head with dandruff not washed for many days!)The water flow from the shower head is not powerful enough. Hair dryer is not available in the room.

Disliked: I attempted to shower my children in the morning to realise the cold tap wouldn’t work and the water was scolding hot.We then tried it again and the hot tap wouldn’t work at all.We paid £122 as a family of 4 to stay for one night and couldn’t even wake up and have a shower in the morning. & to top it off I left my Apple Watch on the side in the room went back to get it after the cleaners had been in it was no where to be seen, cleaners hadn’t seen it for it to be apparently found in the bin.

Disliked: Old , and out of date , stuff are nice and friendly, but the place is not worth 3 star , breakfast is limited and not worth the charge . They charge parking of £ 8 per day if you book with third part . The bedrooms are big but that’s as far as it gets . Overpriced and old . I won’t be visiting the place again
