Liked: You feel safe inside the hotel.
Disliked: It is super close to the Monumento a la Revolución and that night since 3am was a sport even with music and microphones, very noisy, imposible to sleep. So... If you wanna rest a bit, this is not a good option.The pool and terrace were in maintenance and we could not enjoy the facilities as we wanted.The members of the staff are not gentle.

OK but bed was uncomfortable

Liked: 1. The wifi was good. 2. There was a mini fridge. 3. You can refill your water bottles at the lobby. The water in Mexico is not drinkable so this was really handy as it saved me from buying bottles from shops and having to carry it back. 4. check in and check out was really quick5. the room was a good size and had everything i needed - toiletries, hairdryer. 6. staff at reception was friendly and i had no problems communicating with them in English7. i had no problems using Uber - they come to this hotel8. it was around 30mins walk from the centre, which i didnt mind as i liked walking. For those who don't, the hotel is only 10mins walk from Revolucion Metro. i felt safe walking around the hotel at all times of day
Disliked: 1. I'm afraid the other reviews on the bed being hard and uncomfortable is true. The first night i arrived, i could barely sleep because it is so uncomfortable. For this reason i had to deduct a few points as this is the whole point of having a hotel room - being able to sleep. 2. You can hear outside noise from the room. At night, it can get noisy in the streets below with sirens, people speaking through speaker phones etc.

Liked: The location was very convenient. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff and waiters were polite and helpful and professional.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great. I would definitely book here again. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good. We had a great stay.

Liked: The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day. The hotel is clean, the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect for public transportation.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
