Liked: A perfectly positioned, well managed hotel with access to everywhere. Exceptionally clean with lovely accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was brilliant. A massive variety, even catering for gluten-free diets. Such hardworking staff, a credit to the hotel. Our room was a good size, well equipped with views across the river and prettily lit up bridges at night.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great location but.....

Liked: Central location of hotel was excellent.
Disliked: Reception staff not very friendly. When power went in city, hotel didn't provide residents of hotel any facilities to buy food or purchase drinks. Even though they had a generator they chose not to use it for guests.

Nicest room suite with French...

Liked: Everything. The location is perfect and the property is a beautiful makeover of a four hundred year old building.

Very nice place and breakfast...

Liked: Close to our cruise port and close to every where we want to go
Disliked: Not enough parking space for you to get in and out of taxi or Uber.
