Exceptional

Liked: The room was larger than expected with a lovely view of St. Anthony's cathedral. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and excellent value for money. The gentleman who checked us in on arrival was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The only (very minor) negative was a lack of electrical sockets that fitted our travel adapter. There were plenty of sockets in the room, but only one that we could use.

Lovely rooms great location

Liked: In a great peaceful location within easy walking distance of Piazza dell Valle, the Basilica di Sant'Antonio and Orto Botanico. Close to the tram stop which takes you directly to the railway station. Several bars restaurants and cafes locally. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Our second stay here and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Disliked: Given the standard of the rooms it is a shame only paper cups and plastic glasses are provided. Coffee was not replenished although the staff did find us some when asked.

Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, less than a minute away from the entrance to the botanical garden. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!
