Feedback Regarding Our Stay and...

Liked: On a positive note, we would like to mention that the lady in charge of the breakfast area was very kind and welcoming
Disliked: First, the attitude and behavior of the receptionist at check-in were not welcoming, which left us with a negative first impression.After we completed the booking and payment, we received a message stating that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We believe this information should have been provided prior to booking, as it significantly impacted our experience.The noise from the renovation work on the first day was quite disturbing and made it hard to rest.Additionally, on the first day, there was no water supply in our room, and the internet connection was not working. Due to these issues, we had to change rooms.In the new room, we had to enter a code to unlock the door, but the system was faulty. We had to enter the code multiple times before it worked, causing delays every time we tried to enter the room.

Liked: Rooms doesn’t hav charging plugs next to the bed only on the table , staff are perfect I love them all are amazing

Liked: Close to restaurants and sighs
Disliked: The outside noise was unbearable.

Excellent location and excellent staff

Liked: The lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t help you enough , she went above and beyond to help you
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast tasted very strange , neither me or my husband could drink it

We had a great time...

Liked: The room size ( double luxury room) is fair ( for 2 people). The location is good if you want to be in the middle of night live, sightseeing, restaurants.. etc.The Reception staff is really helpful, polite and go above and beyond to meet the expectations.
Disliked: The area is a bit rough at night, also noisy during the night, as the night club is right opposite. The breakfast could be better for Barcelona. However, the closed windows help a bit and we were quite tired every night, so had no problem sleeping. The bed was a bit hard.
