Comfortable and spacious

Liked: Very comfortable warm hotel, despite being on a main road there is no road noise at all, spacious comfortable rooms with a fridge and hot drink area. Great bar area with work stations that are very useful.
Disliked: The hotel has jus changed its name and I was not notified, therefore I and my colleague separately were wandering around the local area looking for it, there was not even a small notice on the door so walking passed you could have seen it was previously Hotel Brooklyn. Because of the change, the hotel systems were not running smoothly. Breakfast could have been better, did not feel fresh like it had been out for awhile, too expensive the quality.

Liked: Very helpfull staff. Clean, cozzy, tv with hdr, fridge in the room.
Disliked: The car park has limit height.

Great hotel & Great Staff.

Liked: Loved the hotel. Would have appreciated knowing it had changed name to Voco before arriving and driving around looking for Hotel Brooklyn. Appreciate the change is now happening this week. If they retain the staff as part of IHG then it will be a great success.
Disliked: It is good for its location for Leicester Tigers but a fair walk into town or to King Power or University of Leicester or De Montfort Hall.
