Excellent well presented hotel

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was such good quality. Excellent value for money. The room was quiet and very clean. The decor both in and out of the room spared no expense and was maintained to a high standard, the Staff were so pleasant and went out of there way to ensure comfort.
Disliked: The Tv in the room didn’t seem to be a smart TV, I would have liked to be able to log into my Netflix account, parking is limited which makes it expensive, I managed to park for free on a nearby street so there was no convenience caused to me and my 8year old nephew.

Liked: The location was perfect - a stone throne from my work place LRI. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly as well.
Disliked: They could do better by providing more variety of fruits like blackberry, blueberry and grapes, in addition to the sweet fruits that they already provide. When the hotel used to be managed by Brokly, they use to serve salmon, now that has disappeared which is a bit of disappointment.

Great hotel and staff let...

Liked: Modern and comfortable. Great shower and bed.
Disliked: Shower flooded the bathroom. No parking so had to walk 15 with a suitcase.

Liked: The entire place was super stylish. We were so impressed. The breakfast had soMuch choice, the bar staff were obviously very proud of where they work
Disliked: The change of lifts to bet beyond the firstFloor but that is barely an issue

Liked: Lovely and clean . Ideal for picking child up from Leicester tigers residential
Disliked: Very expensive bar Poor choice of evening meal/ bar meals
