This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever visited. The staff is top class professional at every level. My husband and I were so impressed. The decor was stunning. We will return!

Liked: The staff were top class, especially the bellman(?) Michael who helped to find a lost cell phone. He took care of me like I was family!
Disliked: No hot tub or pool (lol).

Liked: Fast, welcoming check-in, recognized as frequent guest by doorman (Showtime) and front desk (Xavier). Received 2 water bottles when offered. First time in an accessible room at this hotel. Appreciated the grab bars and walk-in shower. Nice view, comfortable bed. Good lighting. Relatively quiet given proximity to car traffic. Great location for access to Studebaker Theater, Auditorium, Symphony Center, Harold Washington Library, public transportation. Look forward to future stays already booked.

Would 100% stay here again....

Liked: Loved the location- we walked everywhere. Also has some very cute restaurants and coffee options steps away from the lobby. The cafe downstairs was amazing and catered to food allergies.
Disliked: Loved everything other than our view. Our window was right above an alley full of dumpsters- we were woken up a few times when they were being emptied.
