Good location, nice sauna but...

Liked: It’s well situated near the beach promenade. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was one of the major reasons for booking this hotel.
Disliked: For the price we paid for a family room, the state of it was shocking. Really old around the edges, sad, old fashioned decor, a shower screen that was barely holding together, nothing in the mini bar, no nice gestures like a bottle of water. In fact, there were not even glasses in the room, just paper cups. One major minus point was that there were no bathrobes, towels or slippers for the spa. That was all extra on top of a ridiculously high room price. Breakfast was all hyper processed products. Bread rolls straight from an industrial pack, proceeded yogurts, cold bacon…you’re not going to get delicious food from the local bakery here or artisan cheeses and jams.

Liked: Location, breakfast and the effort of the receptionist.
Disliked: The hotel is poor. The swimming pool is depressive (nobody was using it). Not a nice atmosphere on the common areas. Internet was not working (they were trying to solve, but then again I pay for it,right?), elevator also stopped working. Bad smell on the corridors. Breakfast was good but the tables were all messy and not cleaned for at least 40 minutes. Feels abandoned. This is far from 4 stars.

Liked: Breakfast, kids play room, spa facilities, pool and common areas
Disliked: Room with window facing a wall. Very dated yet functional. Daily cleaning service very superficial.

Disliked: Would be good to have extra towels if you are using swimming pool as don’t want to make ones in room wet, we’re given towels when we asked no problem . The swimming pool water was a little bit on the old side but we enjoyed it
