Great location and staff, but...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location.
Disliked: Almost no sound-proofing. You can hear every step in the hall, every neighbour's sneeze, door closing, etc.

Liked: A simple, clean hotel in a fantastic location—just minutes from metro and train stations. Perfect for exploring Milan and the surrounding area.
Disliked: Thin walls.

Comfortable, great location and value...

Liked: Great location close to the train station, lovely breakfast, allowed us to check in very early, great value for money, spacious rooms

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location for transport. Clean and comfortable room. We didn’t have breakfast but it smelt good from the lobby!
Disliked: The bedroom and bathroom were on the small side.

It was average and luckily...

Liked: Bathroom was tiny & sink was cracked. Room in general was small. Ventilation kept shutting off and then exterior window blinds on a timer so auto closed at nite, making room stuffy. Bed was comfortable. No plug/outlet beside bed. Main floor awesome as was breakfast area. Upper hallways very outdated and dull/dirty looking.
