Not worth the money in...

Liked: I liked the old fashioned building and location for our needs.
Disliked: First, our room was hot as heck when we arrived. The caretaker told us that the rooms temperature can only be controlled as a group of 4 rooms, that the thermostat was located in the hall way. I noticed that the thermostat for our room group was turned off, and the temperature was 74 degrees. He stated that he would turn the AC on, but that never happened. The outside temperature did dip to around 45 degrees overnight, but the thermostat in the morning still read 74 degrees, which made for an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep. The room was on the dirty side, with dust streams on the ceiling and walls.

Liked: Very nice building. Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast options were not good, they need to install smart TVs so you can use the roku or fire stick and add at least microwaves in the room.

Unhappy and we will never...

Liked: Didn't stay for breakfast. No staff on duty after 9pm the hotel texted me what room I was in and the key to my room would be in the room when I arrived. Also in the text they gave me a number to text if I had any problems. After we settled into the room we turned the TV on and nothing. I text the number they gave me and no one ever texted us back to fix the problem. I asked a couple I passed in the hallway and they said they didn't turn the TV on. My husband enjoys NASCAR racing Friday nites the trucks off the weekend of racing. He was not happy said he would never recommend The Hotel Belvidere or stay there again with no staff there all night and no one to answer our text.

Very nice place to stay...

Liked: The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy.
Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have variety- it was just cold foods and pastries. We ended up eating at a cafe nearby. The bed was a little bit hard, and the pillows were too mushy.

Superb

Liked: Stunning place! Everything from the exterior to the room was amazing. We arrived late and there was a wonderful note waiting for us. We stayed in a suite and loved it!! We will be back!!

I absolutely loved this little...

Liked: Breakfast location was adorable. Breakfast was fine. Not a lot of choices. But if you like morning carbs, there was an abundance. They also had yogurt.
Disliked: I couldn’t find a thermostat in the room and it was a bit hot. However, I opened the window, and it was fine.

Really a very classy hotel....

Liked: Checkin was easy. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Incredibly nice. The room was nice! The parking was perfectly fine. Very nice little town. So thankful they opened up the breakfast area early. I had to leave very early. I would go out of my way to stay here again!! Loved your hotel!
Disliked: I think everything was great! You didn’t have to have the breakfast area open so early, but you did and it was fully stocked! Much thanks!
