Nice location, very good services

Liked: Very nice location, close to city center by tram and quiet at the same time. The room was cozy with very nice view. Definitely recommend it!

Room decent, terrible staff.

Liked: Room is okay and pretty big. Nice bath.
Disliked: Staff was slow and rude. We checked in at 15:45 when check in time was 15:00. Friend who arrived together got on the desk later but were helped sooner. Our room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait for 2 minutes. Had to wait for almost 45 minutes. That is not what you want when it’s sunny outside. Staff didn’t check on us, just told us to wait every time we asked. In every other hotel where i had to wait, i got offered a drink, a free breakfast, a “better” room that was already clean. Here i got asked to wait. Aircon didn’t function properly. Luckily it wasn’t hot outside. Gave this room a six because it’s decent but don’t go here when you are in a hurry .
