Liked: Location and proximity to Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View and Cupertino is excellent - it's great value for money. The Movies and Popcorn facility is a nice evening touch. The refurbished gym does the job with a Peloton if that's your thing. Free coffee / fruit in the morning and complimentary drinks in the evening are nice touches. Reception staff are awesome and always great to see Nathan!
Disliked: Pool was closed for repairs although the hotel did offer complimentary bus transport to their sister hotel 4 miles away. This would be a bigger miss if the weather was any hotter than April. There is no on-site restaurant but there is an order/collection system for breakfast.

Liked: The shower would make Kramer proud of it. And the bed was fine too.
Disliked: The noise/rattle coming from the elevator (room 307)

Disliked: On the night we arrived, the receptionist, Jennifer, was far from welcoming. She was argumentative and displayed a complete lack of understanding of what good customer service entails.
