Hotel at Conference Aston

Passable

Liked: The friendly and welcoming staff (restaurant, reception, housekeeping) were major plus to this hotel. Coffee machine was an advantage. Overall it was a decent experience but can certainly be improved. The luggage room was a plus in this place.
Disliked: Room was sufficiently facilitated but the size was too small for the cost. Breakfast spread was not up to the standard. Pool and fitness center do not operate most of the times and it is a disappointment.

Comfortable and great breakfast

Liked: The room was comfortable and large, I asked for a room near reception due to mobility issues, they gave us a room with a wet room next to reception
Disliked: Wanted to go for a swim, but the check out time didn't allow us too, we would of had to wait around

Superb

great hidden gem will stay...

Liked: The property was very clean and bright. There was vegan options readily available which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The hotel was a little bit hard to locate from walking from the station the 1st time around. I think it would be nice to have color coded signs leading to the entrance depending on where you are walking from

Affordable but facilities need improving

Liked: Good breakfast that was included in the price
Disliked: The hotel has a swimming pool but we were informed that it was closing at 4:30. We were disappointed as we were not able to use it, and this was the main reason why we booked this hotel. Slightly far from centre.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. No real issues.
Disliked: The availability of other milk options such as Alpro Almond milk.However, the staff needs to be made aware of good customer service.
