Disappointing

Fair enough, v good location,...

Liked: The location is very good for the price. Only a few minutes walk from train and UBahn, and about 25 minutes walk to the Rathaus, I liked that.
Disliked: I was give a room downstairs. My room was pretty dark and dingy compared to upstairs. I'd definitely request an upstairs room if you got the chance. Furthermore, the walls were pretty thin, so you could hear everything in the rooms around. Some very vigorous love-making was taking place in the room next door to me, and two doors away somebody's alarm clock was going off for hours overnight (they weren't in to switch it off) and I could hear that too, making it difficult to sleep.I also couldn't connect to the Wifi in my room and had to stand in the hall to get a connection

Liked: I came for the Internorga event and it was a 15min walk from the event. 10 min walk to a supermarket and several restaurants + bars. The room was clean, bed was cosy, and you don't hear any noises (outdoors or indoors).

Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: This hotel is kind of dispersed in an old building, apparently shared with some other accomodations. Mine was a very tiny room with shower and basin directly in it. Shared toilet in the corridor. Everything was somehow run-down.
