Liked: The staff during the breakfast service was very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the size of the room was above average.
Disliked: From the booking page and the pictures, I was under the impression that the hotel had a sauna and a spa. As a 4-star hotel, these amenities are typically standard. However, I was later informed that there is neither a sauna nor a swimming pool available at the hotel. Although I was told there is a swimming pool nearby, it requires an additional charge. The description on the hotel page should be clearer about these amenities, as using pictures of facilities like a sauna and swimming pool is misleading.

Disliked: Th was no hot spring facility. I offered this accomodation to my Mexican friends who needed thermal cures.Maybe for this reason they lowered their prices meanwhile 25%.Because the thermal pool was closed and there were no applications, my friends left on the second of 12 days planned.They wanted us to pay 3 nights (199 €). We offered to call the police in order to know what we owed really.Finally they accepted to pay 2 nights for this price.
