Liked: Booked a balcony room and enjoyed watching the city life of Amsterdam.

Liked: Location and helpful staff.
Disliked: With baby stroller it is a bit stressful to get in the hotel from outside although elevator is there inside the hotel.

Liked: The room furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the staff were helpful when asked. It was the location of the specific room that was the issue.
Disliked: The room was in the basement on the roadside and under the entrance stairs so there was a lot of street noise but also thumping whenever anyone came or went. From late at night and through to early in the morning.The lift did not work in our side of the hotel.

Easy, simple and comfortable

Liked: It was simple and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, great value!

Liked: The hotel location was excellent, the breakfast was OK but not brilliant: no choice of yogurts, jam from plastic, butter without taste.
Disliked: The beds were too narrow, almost as in the cabin of an ancient ship from the Maritime museum which is close to the hotel.

Not staying here again

Liked: Location was very good. Proximity to tram line and metro station. Best thing was the huge coffee shop next to metro station where you can get super fresh breakfast / breads etc,
Disliked: Too much cracking noise from above floors. I woke up middle of night many times due to this. Very thin walls. Very small bathroom. My room was on 1st floor. Elevator was not working and had to pick up luggage and walk up uncomfortable small stairs
