Pleasant
Disliked: The service from the front desk staff was a bit challenging. There were issues with the door which required maintenance. Maintenance was unable to resolve the issue so we were moved to a new room. When I initially shared the issue with the door I was told there were no rooms available (suite/poolview). A few hours later, when the maintenance crew confirmed the issue would not be resolved that day, I called the front desk and they shared, miraculously, there was a room available.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very overpriced, overrated for working class folks. Traveling for a required welding class/ certification, self paying. No group discount offered, 1 morning breakfast was $25 for self! Nothing special so it was my last meal purchased there. Joined colleges for 2 beers in bar, another outrageous price for 2 beers, $25+ gratuities added automatically both times. Lower your prices, actually pay your staff a descent hourly rate, and allow customers to pay their own gratuities! I promise you, better work environment for employees, great service and happier customers all around!

upsetting
Liked: We didn’t like much about the property. Very close to the concert venue
Disliked: Let me start off by saying that I chose this hotel because of the ratings. When we first get there we find out we either get to valet , which was pricey, or we park our own car and pay. Which is insane considering there’s no security at all in the parking lot.. We then walk to the reception area and pass the elevators and that two out of the three were broken. They had a RING doorbell camera as an elevator button. Once you get into the elevator, you have someone sitting in the elevator with an iPad, looking at all the floors, and which floor they have to go to collect a guest at the hotel. We either waited for the elevator or took the stairs. We took the stairs a few times. The front desk was not welcoming at all. Our room was okay and cute. The shower was dirty.. The sheets were also dirty and the mattress it self was stained. Not once did we go to the front to complain because we are not those people. but I think for the price that I paid don’t think it’s fair.

Disliked: I was told I would be charged one rate but a different rate was taken off my credit card.

Cute place but broken elevators...
Liked: The staff was very kind and in great spirits! The pool was nice and the room was comfortable enough.
Disliked: The elevators were broken and had been since late 2024. There was one functioning elevator that required the staff to monitor ring doorbells at every floor to know when/where to go which caused quite a wait each time you needed to go up or down. Additionally, the elevator was not staffed 24/7 so when I left for my flight at 5:30A I had to carry my luggage myself down 10 flights of stairs, with no assistance from staff. I would not recommend staying here until they are able to repair the elevator situation.
