Liked: We didn’t like much about the property. Very close to the concert venue
Disliked: Let me start off by saying that I chose this hotel because of the ratings. When we first get there we find out we either get to valet , which was pricey, or we park our own car and pay. Which is insane considering there’s no security at all in the parking lot.. We then walk to the reception area and pass the elevators and that two out of the three were broken. They had a RING doorbell camera as an elevator button. Once you get into the elevator, you have someone sitting in the elevator with an iPad, looking at all the floors, and which floor they have to go to collect a guest at the hotel. We either waited for the elevator or took the stairs. We took the stairs a few times. The front desk was not welcoming at all. Our room was okay and cute. The shower was dirty.. The sheets were also dirty and the mattress it self was stained. Not once did we go to the front to complain because we are not those people. but I think for the price that I paid don’t think it’s fair.

Would stay again. Love this...

Cute place but broken elevators...

Liked: The staff was very kind and in great spirits! The pool was nice and the room was comfortable enough.
Disliked: The elevators were broken and had been since late 2024. There was one functioning elevator that required the staff to monitor ring doorbells at every floor to know when/where to go which caused quite a wait each time you needed to go up or down. Additionally, the elevator was not staffed 24/7 so when I left for my flight at 5:30A I had to carry my luggage myself down 10 flights of stairs, with no assistance from staff. I would not recommend staying here until they are able to repair the elevator situation.

Liked: The location of the property was good for us as we came in town to visit our son
Disliked: they are down to one elevator out of three so the size of that hotel, the number of people having to use one elevator with a person in the elevator, using a doorbell ring bell camera when you press the ring bell then the person in the elevator comes to get you and everyone else. Obviously with using one elevator, it’s extremely dirty. We were on the 11th floor so there’s no quick running downstairs or back upstairs for room. It is incredibly inconvenient. especially because we forgot something in the car. The other thing that we did not like is that the sink to the bathroom is outside of the shower toilet area and with that if the other person is sleeping, that’s not convenient as turning any lights on you’re right there also the door to the shower area is a sliding door and it’s extremely loud because it ends up hitting the sides again there’s no quietly going into the shower area and it doesn’t stay the door moves and opens back up. This is more of a personal preference, but the beds were very, very soft making it very uncomfortable. The hallways themselves look like they need to be cleaned. But coming out of the dirty elevator, they do look much cleaner than the elevator.
