Liked: I think the location is great. The rooms in total feel new. The staff was attentive. The pool area was nice, but can get pretty packed. Great location to airport and they provide complimentary shuttles. The suites are very spacious.
Disliked: There was only one working elevator. For the price of the rooms that is unacceptable. They have been out for nearly a year. They don’t notify you that there is only one working upon booking. You have to use a ring doorbell to have them send the elevator down. It only holds 4 guest at a time. The shower head only had one speed and was shooting the water out, and the drain couldn’t keep up filling the shower. There were boxes piled up outside of my room window.

Liked: I like how my room was all the way in the corner to my right . Like I had my own little apartment.
Disliked: I like how they had their own person to work the elevator. That was new for me . Something you see in tv shows and movies

Disliked: The service from the front desk staff was a bit challenging. There were issues with the door which required maintenance. Maintenance was unable to resolve the issue so we were moved to a new room. When I initially shared the issue with the door I was told there were no rooms available (suite/poolview). A few hours later, when the maintenance crew confirmed the issue would not be resolved that day, I called the front desk and they shared, miraculously, there was a room available.
