Liked: I was not able to get breakfast because I didn’t pay for the package but if I’m paying damn near $900 breakfast should be included. This place is overpriced and does not meet the quality expectations. Elevators broken beds small no microwave in the rooms tv barely worked sink stopped up. This was not a good experience for me and I will never stay here or recommend this place to ANYONE

Get the elevators fixed.

Liked: People working there were great.
Disliked: Elevators not working properly. They had an attendant to work the elevator. Waited 15 minutes one day, then finally walked down from the 9 floor when it never came. On departure day I call the front desk about the elevator and was told it was out or order again. They sent an attendant to help with our luggage. He carried 2 cased weighing 90 pounds down 7 stories while I cared 2 weighing 60 pounds.

Disliked: The elevator was broken, their was a hair ball in the ac intake in the hallway . And in our ac vent in the bathroom there was a lot of dust. The one functional elevator ( 1 out of 3) was run by a single employee that responds to your floor by you pushing a ring video door bell. (Can’t make this up)Not what I expected for a Hilton brand hotel. The room was adequate but still below what I expected from a Hilton brand hotel
