Liked: Location was great for our purpose. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very small, air conditioning did not work properly, beds hard and pillows lumpy, cleaning was ok but not great.

Friendly and enjoyable stay in...

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful as I was travelling 5 months pregnant. They were so accommodating and lovely! We had an early check in. Air con in the room was fantastic. Room was quiet and clean. We had a fridge to keep drinks cool and have cold water at hand. Hotel had a lift.

A perfect location for shopping...

Liked: A great location. Very friendly reception staff Very clean rooms with everything we needed iron hairdryer fridge coffee tea making and air con. Just great value for money

Lovely, spacious room in good...

Liked: Room was well-equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the fact you could open the windows was a bonus. Shower was good. Very communicative ahead of my stay, which was appreciated. Good location, with transport links, shops and restaurants all in short walking distance.
Disliked: Wasn’t the easiest to access after the 6pm self check-in came in to operation, despite mostly helpful instructions. Shower tray needs some attention with thorough clean. The photos on the listing need to reflect what is in the actual room, as the one I booked suggested there was a bath tub, but when I checked I was told there were no tubs in any of the rooms.
