Exceptional

Good location, but room with...

Liked: Location is very good. Small kitchen in the room is good option. Coffee and tea in the room, nice welcome. Size of the room is good.
Disliked: We got the room practically in the basement. Ok, we had a window but when we entered the room we could feel humidity. And every time when window was closed it wasn't pleasant. Especially, when you have respiratory problems such as asthma. Also, cleaners are too loud. I understand that they have to clean but they were talking loudly, first morning we were waken up by a vacuum cleaner outside our door even though there are no other rooms in that part of the building, only staff room. What they were doing there who knows. It was around 10am, but still... Before that we were awakened up by some works, some drill.. I think from neighbouring building... some renovations.

Ideal London location

Liked: The location was central and close to a tube station. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.
Disliked: No hairdryer and lots of steps when carrying a 20Kg bag

Liked: Location was amazing. Frond desk man was superb. Could leave our luggage. So was amazing. Best place we stayed in london
