Very good

Nice place to rest head....

Liked: The location was perfect for us going to a wedding and also close to Oxford street.
Disliked: The air con didn’t work and it was 30 degrees which meant we had to keep the doors open and all we could hear was vehicles beeping and driving along the busy road. The bathroom was also very tired needed a good clean, few parts were broken.

Liked: It was a 25 minute walk from Hyde park, where we had a gig. It done the job in terms of somewhere to sleep and relax when needed. The hotel in itself is quiet and blends in to the streets
Disliked: The traffic outside made it harder to sleep at night personally

Great little place

Liked: Very friendly reception staff. Really clean and comfortable room. Great aircon which was much needed in the hot weather when we stayed. We stayed for a night whilst attending a music event at Hyde Park and were very glad to be able to leave our bags and pick up the room key at 10am to return around 11pm after the event and access our room. Very conveniently located approx 20 min walk from Hyde Park event and 30 min walk from Euston station

Liked: Great location. Good value for central London. Nice and clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: The Aircon in the room didn't work. It was pumping out hot air and our window opened into a stairwell with very little fresh air. Thank goodness there was a fan because it was very hot!!

Adequate Rooms in Great Location

Liked: The location was good for my event at Marylebone Theatre. The room was fairly smartly presented, large comfy bed, desk etc. It was a quiet location. The room had air conditioning but also an openable window. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom, particularly the shower cubicle was in urgent need of refurbishment, although it functioned OK. The reception was awkward only staffed some of the time. I was told I could leave my luggage but no-one was there when I needed to leave shortly after 9am, so I had to take my suitcase with me. Essentially this in an aparthotel, but with no self catering facilities, though the room did have a fridge. The view from my window was not good as the neighbouring property is being renovated. I get up early so the noise of the work didn't bother me.
