Liked: Convenient location, friendly personel
Disliked: Noisy room- single glass window let all the noise in, regardless the room being situated on 3rd floor, uncomfortable, very soft bed; extremely claustrophobic, one-person elevator, dirty bathrooms

Liked: Couldn’t fault the location, the staff were lovely and the room was massive especially for being 5 mins walk from Oxford street. Lovely air con as well! Will stay again 100%
Disliked: It’s lots of stairs so make sure you don’t mind that as the lift can only fit in one person at a time

Disliked: The aircon in the room didn't work, was so hot didn't get any sleep. Opened the window but had to close due to traffic noise and building work next work at 8am.

Liked: Good location. Helpful staff member on reception. Air conditioning. Very easy process to check in and find our room.
Disliked: Nothing too apparent as only a one-night stay. Only thing was our shower kept leaking all over the floor.
