Liked: The location was super good! Close to bus stops and 8min from the metro, it was quiet and comfortable
Disliked: We had problems with the adapters to charge our phones so we had to change and try a couple

Liked: It was only 2 blocks from Oxford street which was great, very local. The place inside was clean and smelled lovely, staff were very very nice
Disliked: The key situation, was a bit scared as they had my bag but didn’t man the reception so had to wait for someone to open the door

Liked: I liked the location, the wallpaper, the view, the kettle.
Disliked: I wished they had a real tea cup instead of a disposable one.

Liked: Location to our child studying abroad at U of Westminster. Location to the bus and tube.One block from the major eating area.
Disliked: Small room was expected but it was small. View was an alley. Heating room was challenging due to lack of instructions. Very sparse bedding and towels. Some dispenser on wall is shower.
