Liked: Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Very well located.
Disliked: Large windows facing a busy road (no lake view).The bathroom was quite small.Continental breakfast not very fournished.

Good budget hotel for short...

Liked: Very very hot in room and fan didnt work. Breakfast was below average. Rest was absolutely fine for what I needed.
Disliked: Breakfast quality and optionsLack of working fan in my room

Great location, close to transport,...

Liked: Great location. Lovely character building. Clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Small single room was a bit claustrophobic - MIL felt like Harry Potter under the stairs. Old building with wear & tear but didn’t distract from the comfort of the stay.

A serene peaceful beautiful hotel...

Liked: This hotel was EXACTLY what I needed after a long day exploring London. It was a beautiful, quiet, comfortable oasis for me. Staff were so kind and welcoming. I LOVE the location as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Superb

Liked: Great location, Lancaster Gate tube a minute away, excellent pub a couple of doors down. Hotel clean, comfortable and a good choice for the continental b'fast. Would certainly stay again.
Disliked: Bayswater Road a little noisy, if you're at the front of the hotel, but fine for shorter stays.

Great Value Hotel near Hyde...

Liked: Great value Hotel opposite Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Pleasant staff & breakfast. En suite room was of decent size, comfy bed, clean and had tea/coffee and a tower fan. It was extremely hot on the top floor but the fan helped, and we knew when we booked that there was no A/C. Request for street view was honoured. Would stay again
Disliked: Nothing to complain about
