Superb

We would stay there again.

Liked: Location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and had a nice view of Hyde Park. Close to transit. Breakfasts were excellent.
Disliked: The weather was hot and our room took in the afternoon sun. There was only a double glassed door (no windows) to a small patio that was not private so keeping the door open at night was not an option. The fan that was provided did not work. To be fair we did not ask for a replacement which would likely have been provided.

Liked: Great location, lots of character, not too big, clean, great value, room looking over the park was lovely & surprisingly quiet! Super friendly & helpful staff 10/10

Great place to stay!

Liked: Location was perfect! We flew into Heathrow airport and took the Heathrow Express to Paddington. Walked the short distance to Hotel. The Tube was located a few steps away for easy city travel! Quiet area away from commotion. Beautiful Kensington Park across the street. Small complimentary breakfast to start your day :) The Swan restaurant/bar located next door

Hotel Bayswater

Liked: The location was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Although there is an elevator, some rooms require you to walk down a flight of stairs to reach your room. With a larger suitcase and being late 70's this was quite a task.

Liked: Very clean. Nice beds.
