Very good

Liked: Everything I would need, which I cannot find even in some very luxurious hotels, was thought of and available (iron, ironing board, fan, hair dryer, etc.) but it was squeezed into a small space. Considering its great location, it is bearable for a short stay.

Perfect place for a short...

Liked: Hotel was perfect for what we needed, it’s right opposite Hyde park and down the road from Lancaster Gate tube station. They provided a fan for the room, there was plenty of plug sockets, tea and coffee facilities, shower gel and soap provided, shower was good, wardrobe and hangers, ironing board! Breakfast catered to gluten free and dairy free which was also amazing as I wasn’t expecting it to. Absolutely brilliant
Disliked: We were there in the middle of June, it was very hot, and whilst we had a fan it wasn’t great at keeping the room cool. The breakfast provided was continental which again was okay, but I don’t remember this being advertised so we were a little disappointed

Liked: - Location is great, next to underground and bus station, right next to Hyde Park- Staff was accommodating- Spacious single room
Disliked: - very thin walls, could hear everything outside even with windows closed, every footstep from above as well- Airconditition wasn‘t very reliable (kept going on and off by itself and adjusted temperature by itself)

Liked: The location was excellent, staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was small but okay as I was there for one night only.It was very warm in the room and there wasn't an option to open the window.Basic but good value for Central London.

Liked: Reception were lovely and super helpful, the breakfast spread was decent and as you would expect! The single room was small - not big enough for a big suitcase but worked for the night i was there!
