Liked: 10 / 10 experience all around. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. From the minute I booked, Mario made sure I had all the I formation I needed and welcomed me on arrival. The perfect stay in Rome. Can't recommend enough.

Beautiful location

Liked: We loved the location! It was close to all of the landmarks and museums we wanted to reach with 4 days… Spanish steps were a short 2 minute walk away that we walked to them at 5am completely empty which was such a treat… the balcony was beautiful to sit at during the day and evening. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, anything we needed was a quick message away.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Disliked: Most things. Feel like the advertising on booking.com is not a true reflection. We were blocks away from the main hotel so did not have close access to advertised facilities like bar / restaurant. The elevator is tiny and old, carpeting stained, room so small and air-con didn’t work. Staff were responsive and moved us to a room with better view but half the size again. Bathroom so small; took over 5 minutes for water to heat up and poor pressure. Windows almost falling off hinges. Aside from location and friendly responsive staff, I wouldn’t recommend it unfortunately.

Liked: Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The room was very modern and the location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful in particular Stefania at reception and Edwin in the cocktail bar. We can’t wait to come back and stay here already😁

Liked: The property offered me 110 euro to change my rating. I was happy to get 110 euro but they wanted me to change rating to 10/10
Disliked: I changed my rating to 1/10

Disliked: We booked a room of 15 sq. m., in fact, the room is about 8-9 sq. m. Only a large bed is included, and the edges remain 30 cm from the walls. We couldn't even get our suitcases in, so we had to lean them against the walls and step over them.
