Efficient, bright, central.
Liked: Smart layout, floor-to-ceiling windows and quiet AC; cooked late snack on the stovetop, then terrace selfies
Disliked: Lifts got busy at checkout time, nothing crazy.

Boutique hotel with an artistic...
Liked: I appreciated the sleek, art-inspired décor with thoughtful touches like an espresso machine in the room. Check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming.
Disliked: The hardwood floors felt a bit cooler but emphasized the modern feel of the space.

Great urban retreat with trendy,...
Liked: Loved the modern kitchen appliances in the room, which allowed me to prepare meals. The rooftop terrace bar provided stunning city views and a great atmosphere for relaxing in the evening.
Disliked: The city noises were lively but added to the authentic NYC experience.

Warm once past the dash.
Liked: Floor-to-ceiling glass soaked hardwood in sunrise gold, TV paired to my phone in seconds, and door was 250 m from the 6 train entrance.
Disliked: Check-in hello felt hurried, not harsh.

Bring topper, snooze blissfully.
Liked: Minibar snacks killed midnight hunger, pillow-top king muted Midtown honks, and lobby loans free umbrellas on rainy walks.
Disliked: mattress runs stiff for side-sleepers.

Great support, bring soft topper.
Liked: Night staff loaned umbrellas for a monsoon dash, minibar almonds saved hangry mood, and king mattress felt like cloud-level firm.
Disliked: edge of bed a tad rock-hard.

Good location, helpful staff, but...
Liked: The room was in a great location — about a 20-minute walk from Penn Station and just 2 minutes from the nearest subway stop. It was also very close to the Empire State Building. There’s a decent grocery store (Trader Joe’s) nearby, which was convenient. The staff were always present at the reception and very helpful. Having access to a kitchen was also a big plus. Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: The so-called extra bed didn’t have a mattress — it looked more like a piece of fabric stretched over a frame and was impossible to sleep on. The staff did their best to help by providing extra comforters and blankets to soften it, but unfortunately, it didn’t make much difference. In the end, we all had to share the main bed.The air conditioning/ventilation system was also very loud — it sounded like a jet engine. It was manageable during the day, but at night we had to turn it off to be able to sleep, which wasn’t ideal given the high temperatures outside.

Perfect location if you're out...
Liked: The location of the hotel is great! It's nearby everything and if not, the subway is right around the corner. The staff was friendly, always open for conversation or a joke and more importantly, always wanting to help. Also, since it was so hot in the period that we visited, we got free water everyday and only had to ask for more.
Disliked: The AC leaked some water when it was on, that was not so great because we couldn't turn on the AC at times. Also, we had a triple room but when we arrived, the sofa bed was still in 'sofa form' and not made. We couldn't find the extra blanket and pillow and we had to ask for it. The bed was not so great.

Fees, love the rest.
Liked: Rain-shower blasted spa-level pressure, blackout drapes turned noon into night, and floor-to-ceiling glass bathed hardwood in gold.
Disliked: city “urban fee” nibbled our wallet.
