Liked: Balcony espresso watched the Empire State turn orange; kitchenette reheated K-Town dumplings, and 24-hr concierge texted Broadway tips.

A fantastic find and excellent...

Liked: I booked this last minute and was so impressed by the modern, clean design and the surprisingly quiet rooms. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring different neighborhoods.
Disliked: The pillows were a little too soft for my personal preference.

A charming escape in the...

Liked: The intimate ambiance and the incredibly attentive front desk staff made our anniversary weekend special. Our room felt like a quiet haven above the city, and we loved the soft lighting.
Disliked: We had a minor wait for our luggage to be brought up, but the bellhop was very apologetic.
