Disliked: Receptionist on desk on arrival was not very cheery. Other receptionists were. It was quite noisy at 3am outside property with lorries. Child bed was not very comfortable.

Disliked: Booked a room for 3 adults with a "sofa bed". The sofa bed was an incredibly small chair that folds out into a cot and would only be suitable for a very small adult or a child. I wished the property has reached out to clarify this upon booking a room for 3 adults. More suitable for a couple and a child.

Staff is very rude and...

Liked: The front Spanish front deal receptionist is disgusting and rude. I called at the 9am to speak with someone because they charged me the rate for the room twice plus the security deposit, making it three times. I was calling to get to the bottom of my problem and he was yelling at me on the phone being very condescending and straight up told me there is nothing he can do about it. When I asked for his name he hung up and me. I called back his colleague answered and refused to give me his name. The staff here is very very rude. Please save yourself the stress and scam!

Liked: There's a couple noisy floors due to other businesses in the hotel. If you end up near one of those rooms falling asleep can be an issue.
