Convenient location but uncomfortable beds

Liked: 24 hr reception was handy but this could have been managed with online payment and a key boxRooms were clean and a good size.Location is handy to the Autobahn..
Disliked: Reception guy was weird and really slow. It took ages for him to enter our data, take payment and give us the room keys. We have kids and it was very late. We just wanted to get to bed.The beds were extremely uncomfortable and clearly needed to be renewed years ago.

Liked: The woman who serve the coffee at the breakfast - very very nice :) Cosy breakfast, nice staff at the reception, warm rooms,parking without problems, great restaurant with very good wine and food.
