Exceptionally clean and friendly hostel...

Liked: We were lucky to find available rooms on the same day of booking.The hostel was exceptionally clean — honestly much cleaner than we expected.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at any time of day or night.The location was very convenient: just a few minutes' walk to the metro, and about 4 stops to reach the city’s main square, Duomo.It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest.There was even a bidet in the room — a rare feature for a place in this price range.
Disliked: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations. We didn’t even feel like searching for any flaws!

Liked: Nice place to few days stay. Close to metro station, train station and Duomo. In case of hunger there is lots of places to visit near the hotel. Personel is really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was cold at night.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. Air conditioning worked well. Locates near Loreto metro station.

Liked: It is a clean hotel, well located. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the city, and the staff gave us directions on what we could do and how to get there. The room was cleaned daily, we will definitely come back!

Disliked: Bed and pillows were hard as a rock and I like a firm mattress . Hotel should consider adding a mattress bad and getting new pillows

Liked: Very helpful and kind personnel. You get more than expected for a 2-star hotel. Room was renowated, very clean. There is no breakfast option, but you can get a tea/coffee and buy some snacks. A tea/coffee set was also in the room. Hotel is located near Loreto metro station, with convenient connection to the airport and city center.
