Great place to sleep when...

Liked: Pet friendly, clean, quiet, close to the highway, friendly service.
Disliked: Small glitch with booking a pet friendly room - unclear process with booking.

Excellent choice for a stopover...

Liked: Clean and modern. Close by to the highway exit but not right beside it. Nice restaurant/bar on site. Very welcoming staff throughout.

Exceptional

Liked: This had to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The clerk was excellent and I can't say enough on how clean the room was. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep after 6.5 hours of driving that day. It was a hotel I randomly picked traveling through the area and I'm so glad I did. I will definitely go back.
Disliked: The parking lot was kind of muddy.

Clean, comfortable, very spacious hotel...

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located just off of highway at Degelis - an hour south of Riviere du Loup. Very large rooms - with a ton of space (way more than we needed).
Disliked: A little bit pricey. Had I known how big the rooms were, I would have booked one room rather than two (we were 3 people travelling).

Liked: Not much, other than location. The receptionist brought light bulbs to us.
Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to know how to check me in. Had to text a couple different people for help. Couldn’t print the bill. The bed side lamps didn’t work. No wifi. The toilet is noticeably cracked in a few places. No towel racks in the bathroom-towels were placed on the toilet. Smelly, from cigarette smoke I think. No English. Hard to communicate or read any information.
