A great stay at Onefam...

Liked: I loved the people who worked at the hostel, were super attentive, they made me feel very welcomed and cared for. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean too, and they gave a lot of care for making sure that if any host saw anything needed to be fixed, please do let them know.I must admit, I was worried at first because I am not a party going person and introverted, and thought that it will matter a lot, but honestly? It's been the best hostel experience I ever had. The people I shared the room with were all super respectful, silent during late night and very nice whenever we encounter each other. The showers were always available when I wanted to use them and clean. I always could use the kitchen whenever I had a late dinner and I needed to use the terrace in the morning for a quick work call, it was totally open and for myself. Really, I was super surprised of how chill, comfortable and nice the hostel vibes were! Quality/price, absolutely worth it!Also, I forgot my reading glasses, the staff found them and will give them to my friend to be able to send them back to me :) This made a 10/10 of my thoughts about their work ethic and helpful behaviour!
Disliked: I don't have anything related to the hostel or the staff that I didn't like! Just know that there isn't lift but tbh, I carried my suitcase perfectly fine!

The best hostel to explore...

Liked: amazing staff and endless opportunities to connect with the other travellers! I had the best time exploring the city with the walking tours and the bar hopping that was orgnaized by the hostel. The beds were super comfortable too, overall I had an amazing stay and everything I could wish for.
Disliked: even though the rooms and toilets etc were very clean, the only thing you need to be prepared for is a sticky fridge...

Liked: Very friendly staff, everybody is super cool! I liked the proposed activities such as the walking tours around London or parties at night! There's also a free vegetarian dinner cooked every evening for those who signed up for it. I definitely recommend this place, it's one of the best Hostels I've ever seen.

Staff, people, area, hostel were...

Liked: This hostel is EXCELLENT!!!!! The location is superb, so close to Portobello market (which is beautiful and a must do for any travellers) and it was so easy to get around from there as Bayswater and Queensway station are super close and in walking distance. The staff made my stay to be honest, Meg and Keri really were truly the best. They made me feel welcome and made every activity exciting. Everything about this hostel is fun and vibey and I would 100% recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone. I love that the hostel plans activities, making it easy to meet new people and not feel nervous to explore the city on your own, especially as a solo traveller. The beds are comfortable and have curtains, there are lockers and big crates to lock your bags away under your bed. The hostel is well looked after as there are staff cleaning throughout the day. A perk, dinner, they offer free dinners which are actually quite delicious and it's very cool being able to meet other travellers within the hostel. This hostel definitely exceeded my expectations and I will 100% be back!!
