Liked: The staff was friendly. Hotel doesn't have parking and it was a huge problem to find a spot for lwb van. The hotel seemed to be nice until i went to sleep. Bedsheet had no cover and now i understand why. I woke up after 2 hours of sleep with itchy skin. The room i had was full of bedbugs. I have the highest genius level on booking and i never had that problem before. I would better sleep in my car than in this hotel. Money wasted. Recommendation for other guests please carefully check the mattress and bedding. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this place made me anxious. Every time i go to sleep i worry about getting bitten again because of them. I'm uploading photos that were made in the hotel just after i woke up. All photos were made in the hotel bathroom and it's clearly seen in photos

Liked: Beautiful room, very clean close to the tranvía yo hi to the city center.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Also, I had to reshedule my reservation and they have been very accomodating and uncomlicated with my changing!

Liked: The location worked well for me. Next to the park and Real Z stadium. The hotel in general was fine.
Disliked: The single room I booked suffered from poor ventilation, with only two small window vents, and no natural light. The wiring connections were on show. Overall it had the feeling of a staff sleepover room. This would be fine if the price reflected this, but was the most expensive room of my 3 week / 5 hotel trip. All the others were spacious well appointed doubles.
