Disappointed in room

Liked: I loved desk staff!! Excellent friendly. Kitchen soso. I chose this hotel and bragged to my family before arrival. Grounds perfect. Lobby and dinning beautiful
Disliked: was disappointed. Rooms dated with paint missing on cab, dirt in corners, took me next day to realize all the dishes were in dishwasher. None in cabinet. Mattress worn with humps, couch worn (fall in), no glass coffee cups or wine glasses in dinning area for breakfast

Disliked: The shower doors would not stay shut

Liked: The location is great and room was spacious.
Disliked: The coffee maker didn't work in my room. Pillows had blood stains, high touch areas were not clean, curtains had stains, and stovetop had food all in it and on it. Also the housekeeper walked in without knocking or anything!

Disliked: Needs updating, very grimy walls, the towel rack literally fell off the shower door.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. hotel is close to freeway, but quiet.

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Booking.com never transferred the email for the change in my confirmed date. Was confirmed on the ninth and was to be switched to the eighth and was never done. I arrived the hotel was sold out and I ended up getting a funky old handicap room where the bed had pits in it so bad that it was rock-hard! They also found out that you get what is left over if you’re booking through a third-party like Booking.com. I was never aware of this. I will not book through Booking.com ever again you left me hanging and never change the reservation. Never sent the email if you did then the hotel lied to me either way I was treated terribly! never again!!!!!
