Liked: Yuck I had a hair in my coffee
Disliked: 1. Got there and waited for the front desk person for 45 min.2. Staff person when we we’re checking out was rude and basically called me a lied3 our toilet didn’t flush4 our sink was stopping up5 they didn’t even answer the front desk phone.6.I will call the manager in the morning and talk to her we always stay there when we go a powwow and never have had so many problems

Disliked: There was no television,you had to be let in your room Everytime you left and the staff did not give a good explanation and I think the guest should get a free stay at least, thank you very much
