Good, will recommend
Liked: The staff were really nice and I love the location. The room was really spacious. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus
Disliked: They didn't have many breakfast options. What they had was really good though.

We’re definitely come back…
Liked: Loved the location and the place was very clean… The room could use some more lighting. It was very dark. Also a little pricey.
Disliked: Where it was located was the best… Walking distance from most things

I would stay here again...
Liked: Room has nice floor plan . Hotel was close to Metro station. Breakfast was generous. Staff was friendly and helpful.E bike or scooter gave good access to the Capitol and National mall.
Disliked: We could hear the Mero train zoom through the large street sidewalk vent from the street below our room on the 4rd floor .Kleenex could be more generous.

Great stay for a great...
Liked: the location was fantastic and easy to get to many different areas of the city depending on the vibe you wanted for the day. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs, especially the front desk. The complementary breakfast was served during reasonable hours and really good quality.
Disliked: the elevators were really loud and seemed due for maintenance. You could hear the noise from them in all the neighboring rooms while they were running, which was seemingly all day.

My stay was ruined!
Liked: The location
Disliked: Hilton Navy Yard engaged in false advertising, and all issues were blamed on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I encountered difficulties addressing my questions and concerns because it was a third-party booking. I had a meeting scheduled, but during setup, I was forced to relocate to another room, causing further inconvenience.Additionally, the room I was given had hair on the floor and carpet, which I documented with photos. The manager claimed they would compensate my valet parking fee of $67.00, yet the charge still appears on my bank statement. I also paid $248.00 for an additional room due to the small size of the original one. They assured me this charge would be compensated, but I was still billed, and it remains on my statement despite having the receipt.While my overall experience was terrible—including the pool being out of order—the front desk operations supervisor handled the situation professionally. She was firm yet helpful and did her best to assist me. However, I was still misled and will be disputing these charges. Looking back, I should have followed through with my original plan to stay at the Gaylord Hotel.
