Very good

Liked: The hotel was close to the Stadium, 1 mile from the waterfront and about 1 mile to the Capitol. Public transportation was close by. We enjoyed the roof deck, and the free breakfast.
Disliked: The parking was too expensive, after taxes and fees it was almost $70/night. There were no other parking options in the area. When there is a concert at the venue across the street it is very loud.

Liked: The location was great, the room was big, and the free breakfast was a good quality. It was right across the street from the Navy Yard metro, about two blocks from the Nationals baseball stadium and there were many options for restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The pool area was small, pool deck was full of water, chairs were broken, and there were never enough tiny pool towels. The carpet in the room was ripped and there was not enough hand soap or toilet paper.

We made happy memories here.
Liked: The location, across the street from a Metro stop and within walking distance of Whole Foods, was excellent for a long stay with kids. Staff members were courteous and friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Our room contained everything we needed for a 9-day stay, and the full kitchen helped us to economize on meal costs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of hot and cold foods, so our two picky eaters always found something that they liked. The pool was fun for the kids to play in. We felt at home here.
Disliked: The kids found the sofa bed quite uncomfortable. During the busy week that we were here, the pool water become visibly murky.
