Disliked: The staff was so rude! First two employees at the front desk helping one customer while we waited over 30 minutes to check in. Once checked in, he gave us our keys with no directions. When we came back to ask where the elevator was, he didnt even look up to acknowledge us, he just pointed towards a hallway. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights, at no point did they clean our room or even ask us if we need towels. I asked for a cart to take my luggage upstairs and front desk just said there is non available, didn’t even attempt to locate one.
