Nice property rude staff

Liked: I had a wonderful first night but the second night the staff named Brie was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Who argues with a customer back and forth and is confrontational, her? I almost left because of her but since I had already booked and needed some rest I opted out of it. If she is still here I think I won't come back.
Disliked: Brie everything and everyone else were great

Comfortable Stay

Liked: Beds were very comfortable! Rooms were a comfortable size. Loved the amenities available in each room. Loved the fridge size! Appreciate that there was a little dish soap available for us to use!
Disliked: No elevator access or another form besides the stairs to get to the second floor.Charged is $8 per car for parking per night! - This rule went into effect AFTER I booked (guy said a couple of days before I checked in) so I shouldn't have to pay $16 PER NIGHT but I did! This is definitely a negative.
