Would not stay here again...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. The room we had was great for a family - 2 TVs, one room with 2 beds and a sliding door to separate the living space with the additional sofa bed.
Disliked: We had issues with checking in. At the time I booked I requested to check in early and was told to call the day of our arrival to request an early check in and it would cost an additional $50. Check in time is 4pm, we began calling at 11:30am to ask for an early check in and were told every time we called there were no rooms available. We called 3 times and finally at 3pm decided to just show up. There was a person checking in ahead of me who had no issues. When I asked to check in I was told still no rooms available. I explained that we had been calling for hours and I was told we could check in early for a fee. Suddenly our room was available! The front desk staff was unfriendly, poor customer service. She asked for my card, didn't explain any charges. A couple after me also checked in with no issues. It is not ideal for families. Do not expect to check in until 4pm, despite what staff may tell you. We will not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was nice...

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful. It was nice to get a complimentary breakfast meal and appetizers and drinks in the evening Monday through Wednesday. It was comfortable to have a suite with the amenities needed. The room we were given, number 416, was very spacious and accommodated our family of five.
Disliked: The pool was a bit small.

Liked: Cleanliness and how quite the area was. I got a great night sleep
Disliked: I didn't like how the doors inside the room was set up. The sliding doors connects for both bathroom and closet. Plus the sliding door that separate the bedroom from the living room didn't close.
