Cleaness and kindness: a good...

Liked: All was good! The strucure was overall up to standards. We appreciate the room room that was large and clean, but more importantly the professionality and kindness of the staff. The position was good to reach the main points on interest (i.e. 15-20 minutes by car). Overall an accomodation I kindly suggest.
Disliked: Maybe there is space to work on the breakfast in order to introduce more choices (i.e. Croassaints, sandwich, etc…).Rooms’ soundproof is a little bit low. The last night we stood in our room we were suddenly awakened by neighbors’ screams.

Liked: Vonnica at the front desk was so nice and wonderful to us from beginning to end .also loved the complimentary soup was so amazing . would refer Homewood Suites to anyone looking for families to stay in San Diego . Mahalo for the amazing stay

Liked: Location is excellent, good breakfast, and the appetizer.
Disliked: Our suite for five adults, only one bathroom!

Exceptional

Liked: The pool, the breakfast and the location
Disliked: The bathroom being in the room

Liked: The facilities, the location, that it includes breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't like that no one at the reception spoke my primary language (Spanish), the staff was a bit grumpy, the room wasn't cleaned daily. I have children and I think the price was worth it since I had to clean it myself when I was supposed to be on vacation.

Liked: It was near freeway
Disliked: The mattress on the pullout sofa was absolutely disgusting. It had stains and was extremely uncomfortable
