Liked: Room size, room set up, and the bed was comfortable. It's was quiet until there was a disturbing issue at 3 am. with a couple on our floor next to our room. Screaming, yelling, and an argument between the two.
Disliked: Being woken up at 3am by a lady screaming at the top of her lungs - "Help, Help, Help, Stop, Stop, leave me alone !!' It was super scary, and as I looked out my room peep hole, there was a big man walking around without a shirt on, and I could hear a lady crying, breathing heavy, and she sounded scared. I immediately called the front desk to let them know that there was a disturbance on our floor outside of our room. After about 15 minutes, it stopped, but then could hear the couple arguing inside the room next to us.

Comfortable. No stress

Liked: Pet friendly. Easy check in and out.

My stay was terrible and...

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that when I arrived I had to call downstairs for a pan to cook in I also had to reach out about getting a second remote cuz the room had two TVs and when I went to staff about it it was shortly suggested that I share remote also the biggest issue is that the room temperature did not go above 75 I was not told that other than that I never would have booked at that location I'm staying with you guys company several times before never had this issue I was told it's due to you guys having an older building but this still should be something that should be told to guess it also took 6 hours for the room go from 70° to 75° with very little heat flow coming out of the vents I did reach out to staff about these issues but overall my stay was terrible
