Liked: The room was very nice and the front desk staff was astounding.
Disliked: I have a young daughter - did not like the walk from the parking lot to the hotel, especially late at night.

Liked: Staff was friendly for most part.
Disliked: The room was the BIG problem. Lots of small things like electric outlets by the bed not working, the pully that opened the shades being broken and scalding hot water in the sink out of BOTH faucets. But what we really did not like was the fact that no one cleaned our room. We actually came back to our room mid day and realized the room was not cleaned and went down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping was cleaning rooms on a daily basis. We were told yes and they deeply apologized and said they would send housekeeping to clean our room immediately. We left for day and when we got back to our room in the late evening our room still uncleaned. We did address this with management after we left. They offered us two incentives (1. A refund on one of our two nights 2. points for a second free night with Hilton). We thought this was absolutely the right thing to do. However it has been over a month since we stayed there and our points were not actually credited back to us. We reached back out to ask about this but no one has responded back to us. I think something is lacking with follow-up, follow-through and overall customer service at this Hilton. I will happily stay at other Hiltons in the future but will never return here. Too many issues.

Disliked: My phone didn’t work my remote didn’t work and the blinds wouldn’t close cause they were off track went down to front desk the woman was super helpful and polite got it done by contacting Maintenance guy asap he came n fix everything in short period of time

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The check in was at 4:00pm they didn’t have a room ready until 5:15pm , Stating they were “cleaning the room. The room was not in the best conditions. However we were just spending the night so we didn’t spend too much time in our room. I won’t recommend if you are planning on staying for comfort.

Quiet, good bed, barely adequate...

Liked: Quiet, free are parking in the street. They don’t tell you about it though.
Disliked: Breakfast was Luke warm, dry and only good enough to get food in your stomach.
