Liked: Good sized room. Location was ok, but we would have been better to have been in the city. There was a small shopping centre nearby where food and drinks could be purchased.
Disliked: Location was ok, however we didn't realise until the last day of our stay that there was a free service called the Metromover that could get us into the city and was only a short walk from the property. The staff could have been more helpful in offering this information at check in, as we used Uber (obviously at a cost) to get into the city/wharf area to do the activities we wanted to do.The room was very dark inside, and our first night an alarm went off in a building beside us and wasn't silenced for about 2 hours.

A very disappointing and frustrating...

Liked: Honestly, very little. The only positive aspect was eventually getting a room after hours of waiting — but it wasn’t even the room we originally booked.
Disliked: This was a terrible experience for me and my family. After a long trip from the Caribbean, we arrived tired and found that our reservation was not in their system. The staff offered to refund the money so we could find another hotel — but told us to contact Booking ourselves. After more than 3 hours, we were finally given a room that was not the one we had booked. The breakfast was awful, with little attention from staff. It has been nearly two weeks since checkout, and we still have not received our $250 deposit refund. Unacceptable service.

Liked: My husband left his phone in the hotel we were going on a cruise Peter held the phone at the hotel until we returned from the cruise.
Disliked: Everything was great

The hotel was over priced,...

Liked: The breakfast was terrible, eggs and potatoes were cold, fruit was ok the best was the roast beef.
Disliked: nothing close to places to eat, I walk with a walker. The hotel needs some Updating. I overhead a guest tell the front desk personal their bed broke.
