Disgusted , smelly and unclean...

Disliked: Very smelly like someone been smoking weed on level three . Looks like is a smoking central . Stayed with my wife and 2 x 6 yr old kids.Asked to be moved to another room .Was completely ignored .The room was extremely dirty with a layer of dust on everything including beds etc .Will never stay again .Pay the extra $50 and stay somewhere more decent and clean . Stay Away from this one !!!

Buggy airport hotel with kitchenette

Liked: There are three or four La airport hotels all within a few hundred metres of each other. This one if probably the most “ budget” of the three. The rooms are suites and have a kitchenette and cooking facilities although I can’t see the benefit of this for overseas stays. It’s sort of in the middle of nowhere so dot go expecting too much to do except walking to the restaurant s on the other hotels
Disliked: No matter how I tried, I couldn’t get any if on the hotel shuttle bus”. So on arrival, I had to phone the hotel, select an option and only then was I given instructions on the shuttle bus. It arrived and did the job. Also, it runs th3 loop 24/7 but does have an actual timetable which can be a bit unnerving.

Liked: Breakfast and spacious room
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness in the room such as cruddy light switches. The bed on the left side was sagging. It was difficult to sleep. Overall, it served my overnight stay.

Everything we needed when weather...

Liked: Kitchenette with full fridge and freezer was exactly what we needed when getting stuck in LA due to weather. We were bringing back frozen food, which would have been spoiled otherwise. The bed was very comfortable and the desk area permitted me to keep abreast of work. The frequency of the airport shuttle and proximity to the airport were also incredibly convenient.

abusive use of my credit...

Disliked: I was charged more than a month for two bottles of water that I did not take. This is not honnest and when I asked for refund I had no answer.
